I got an offer from you. What do I do now?
If you’ve received an offer letter and are ready to move forward, simply sign the purchase agreement included in the letter and return it to us by mail, email, or text. We look forward to hearing your story and helping you move on to your next goal!

How will I get paid?
The title company acts as a neutral third party to ensure everything is handled properly. We wire the funds to them before closing. Once your paperwork is signed and recorded, they’ll send your payment by check or secure wire—whichever you prefer.
Are there any fees or commissions I have to pay?
No. We cover all standard closing costs—there are no commissions or hidden fees.
How do you determine your offer price?
We base our offers on:
Recent comparable land sales
Local market trends
Estimated costs of closing and ownership
Our offers are often below full market value because there are no realtor commissions (typically 6%) or out-of-pocket expenses for you. We specialize in helping sellers who want a simple, fast sale without the hassle of preparing, marketing, or paying extra fees.
What is the process for selling my land to Kozak Customs RE?
Our process is straightforward and stress-free:
Sign and send us the purchase agreement.
We complete a short due diligence review (typically within one week).
The title company performs a title search and prepares the closing documents.
Everyone signs the documents—we can even send a mobile notary to your home at no cost.
The title company records the deed and releases your payment (by check, wire, or in person—your choice).
We’ll coordinate directly with the title company and keep you updated at every step so you always know what’s happening.
What if there are multiple owners on the deed?
That’s no problem. As long as all owners agree to sell, we can move forward. We’ll even coordinate with owners who live in different states.
What if the owner has passed away?
In that case, the property must go through a legal process called probate. We’ve helped many sellers navigate probate, working with professional estate attorneys to make the process as smooth as possible. We’ll guide you through each step and keep you updated along the way.
What if I have back taxes or liens?
Back taxes: Depending on the amount owed, we can usually pay them off during closing.
Liens: Most can be satisfied through the sale. We’ll review the details with you and create a custom plan to clear them so the property can transfer without issues.
